Starting last friday, I no longer get hint results when I click on the green leaf in FTM for mac 2010. I have version 19.2.1.241 and have been on the phone twice tihe FTM support with no results. One guy said there were too many people online... The other really tried to help solve the issue but ended up saying it was a "known" issue that they were working on. I've made sure my java is updated, and cleared my caches in all 3 browsers that I have used with it (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and still no luck. It's been a few days and I don't see a fix yet. Any suggestions?
