Ok now we have clarified what you mean

It would sound like you have a lpatop issue. I can't diagnose it from here other than you possibly have a defective CD on your laptop or an very outside chance that the CD needs a clean

My bet would be a faulty CD reader on your laptop ie a hardware fault

Can you borrow another laptop and do a trail inatll. That will confirm everything os OK with FTM and the installation CD
