OK, did you read the entire thread, particular the response from silverfox?
An extended family chart with all of the people in your family will most likely show "duplicates" which are not actually duplicate people but one person showing twice. I have two brothers that married two sisters and an un-edited chart will show their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren each twice.
There are other programs such as Charting Companion which are made strictly for printing charts that can read Family Tree Maker files.
