The Mac Server did work on July 14, but did not stay up for more than a few hours. I called Tech Support today and they are saying that they don't know when the problem will be solved. The Server should have a backup. When I worked in Tech Support we backed up daily and weekly and monthly. If there is not hope for their sever then buy a new one load it from your backs and moved forward. Our Trees should be on your hard drive and your should be able to upload and move forward. Seven days to to long be be down. Mac users should get 1 free day for every day that Ancestry.com is down.
