Sorry to hear you have had problems too.

I finally deleted FTM 2012 and did a re-install, so now I can use FTM again, however, I have lost the sync between my Ancestry tree and FTM 2012 on my PC, so I have now had to stop using the sync feature, which has meant that it was pointless my upgrading from FTM 2011
