Im sorry, I didnt know.
When I saw every one else writting about the same problem as I have I thought it was a forum about it.
I have been through all the the proper channels, Submitted a detailed problem report to techncial support people and have been told the same as you, that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that they are trying to repair it.
This was 9 weeks ago.
