I agree. Very frustrating and time consumming to enter individuals.
I was on the phone with tech support for about an hour. They attempted to help best they could. Standard. Check settings, reinstall software, pass me to someone more knowledgeable. Was told at one point software not capable of doing functions I thought. Curious, it has worked that way in the past.
Come to find out, there is a software problem which they don't know when it is going to be resolved.
Why can't they at least post updates on their web site?
Had very hard time in finding this post.
