See other threads about syncing and FTM2012 being slow. At present I'm stuck yet again waiting for a chance window to be allowed into the trees server.

I wish that, as with almost any other program, FTM would allow us to choose whether to upgrade or not, and if we do and don't like it, then to re-install the last version which worked. We'd need to download and run the upgraded version, but that would be preferable, surely?
