My experience has been that customer support is really weak, essentially non-existent. They care about selling new memberships and new 'product' It's really unfortunate. If enough people get mad enough to start calling the consumer fraud units in their state's attorney generals' offices, maybe that will get the ACOM folks to wake up and smell the coffee.
