What a week, ever since the update sent to us last Friday I have had nothing but problems.
First, it keeps saying it's not synced when I have hit sync so many times it made my head spin.
Second, all the calls and not one thing has worked. I even did a manual unistall but nope not a fix. I have even sent them screen shots.
Third, I made all my backups but oh no when I loaded them a lot of records where not linked, in fact, over a 1,000 of them.
Fourth, I did an unlink and reinstalled back from Ancestry.com. Today, I got an error that I need to unlink and reinstall again.
Finally, I downloaded again and it still says it's not synced. It wants to go through the media process everytime I hit sync. Then when I made changes to FTM they don't load to Ancestry.com at all. Does Sync even work right on this thing anymore?
What is the freaking deal with this thing? I have called them and emailed them but not one dang thing works. This is very frustrating. With everything I have been through they should send me a check for all the work I have had to do. Seriously, do they even check trees before updates. I mean trees with some meat, like 1,000s of people not a rinky dink one with four or five people.
