Thank you I shall try those suggestions.

Microsoft's idea of hiding file extensions by default might be number 2 in their dumb ideas, but #1 has to be that one has to press START in order to stop (i.e. log out, turn off). I'm glad that Microsoft did not design automobiles or we would have some odd foot pedal controls with the brake and gas/petrol pedal in one! Having said that, Microsoft has done an excellent job overall. :-)
