I haven't been able to sync for well over a month! The main reason I bought FTM was for the syncing capabilities with Ancestry. So much for that! Their syncing software is obviously flawed and should NOT be published until it works. A friend has been having other problems and their directions have hopelessly messed up his trees. I will NOT be asking for help. The high cost of Ancestry "should" give us a near perfect product. It "should" allow us to spend our time researching, NOT spend our valuable time dealing with Ancestry's problems. Do I sound mad?!?!? HA!!!
