A couple weeks ago I had a message that said I could not sync as there was no longer a online family tree. I checked Ancestry and my tree was still there. Tried to resync and again the same message .. no tree online. I rebooted my computer and still the same thing. Somehow through everything I tried I downloaded the same tree again to Ancestry, so now I have 2 of the same named tree on Ancestry with only one of them synced. The new tree does not have all the information in it that the old tree does.

What are my best options here? Delete the tree on my main computer and download the old tree from Ancestry? Will that get back all my information that I had before? Why would there be differences between a tree that had been in sync .. and a new tree that was made from that "in sync" tree? I get so frustrated with all of this. Everything was working fine until the last update they did.
