I don't use Chinese, but I speak, read and write French, German, Italian and Portuguese, having worked for many years as Director of International Sales. I've also freelanced as a translator.

I keep a chart on the wall by my monitor with the alt+3-digits codes for the languages I use regularly. Quick research shows it is possible to create simplified Chinese characters using the same format, although more complex than for European languages - understandably so, since the characters are more complex.
