I did look in the name list...and the deleted people were not there either! I have had other programmers tell me "user error" when they either didn't have any idea why their software did not work correctly...or did not want to 'waste their time' trying to correct a problem that occurs very infrequently. Programmers are God and their software is always perfect. As you can see, I am simply going to assume that your customer service department is not worth contacting or stop my subscription. I subscribe to other genealogy websites and I have not had them tell me to shove it!
