As a former New Yorker, the Borough for Manhattan is New York. Manhattan is the largest part of the Borough, but there is a small area that reaches up above Manhattan Island. It looks like it should belong to the Bronx...but it is really part of the Borough of New York. Also there are some islands that belong to the Borough of New York.
