That is simply an error in the database that FTM uses for its Place Name Authority.

You have two choices:

1) Correct it and leave unresolved.
2) Correct it and choose ignore
3) Correct it and use the new feature of the Resolve screen where you can choose to lift the furthest-left element to a top box, then do it again, etc until you get a "right-hand side" that will resolve. Then click ok. This is called a "half-a*s" resolved name that will at least put the name into the heirarchical view - if you use that.

I don't use the heirarchical view because I keep place names of record and historical names, so I normally use No. 2.
