Both of my parents had a previous marriage and had 2 kids and I have 1 younger brother with the same parents. I cannot get all of my siblings to show on reports, specifically the Hourglass report. Why? Do they have to appear as step-children of my respective parents?

The 2 from my mom's first marriage did live with us and I was able to correctly include their real father and also have my father listed as a step-father. But they show up in my Relationships as brother and sister and not half-brother and sister.

The two from my father's side don't show up as siblings in my relationships but when I go to theirs, in the column on the right it states half brother of me since I'm the Home person.

So it doesn't appear linking prior marriage siblings as step-children of my parents since they then show up as whole siblings in my Relationships.

I'm very confused on this nor do I think this is an uncommon problem. Can anyone help?
