You might try:
Bring up an ancestry page where you are logged in. Log out. Log out of ALL tab and pages you have open in your browser.
Then, bring up FTM. Can you see your on-line info in the Plan Workspace on the Dashboard in the right panel?
If not, try Help - Activate Ancestry
If that doesn't work, you might try their 800 number tomorrow. Support can help get you up and running again.
