I think the problem may be that you "Copied" the ftm file to the d: drive.

I remember of having a issue with my "Test files" when running FTM2012 early in the game and had lost the link to the media, as I copied the test files and related media folders to a 2012 test folder. I was told I should have made a "Backup with media", then move the ftmb file to this new test folder and then restore the new test files and media folders to new test folder.
