Sync Creating Duplicate Source Groups

Over the last several weeks, I have noticed for all hints that I accept and add on Ancestry, when I sync my tree to FTM2012, instead of adding the new source citation to the existing source group for that collection, it creates a new source group for each citation. I called yesterday and the only help that Ancestry offered was to un-link my tree and re-download it, because my FTM file could have been corrupt. I tried that today, and that did not fix the problem. The only source groups that I have found that do not get duplicated are the US censuses. I did think that it maybe tied to the beta testing for adding info to our trees, but I don't know that. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
