Rich Canfield,
There are problems with ALL of the different programs. Each has their own merits and failures.
I have found that if one is using a program and knows how it works, then stick with it. As you move from one program to another, you WILL lose data.

I currently run 4 different programs, and I still use FTM as my prime and have been since version 1 or 2 for DOS.
