I'm sure these items were already suggested by tech support...anyways, have you tried..
1.)Clear Browsing History
2.) Allow cookies for Ancestry.com
3.) Add Ancestry.com to your trusted sites
3.) Enable Popups for a moment and try
4.) Disablee firewall for a moment and try.
5.) Right Click on FTM icon and goto properties...
a. Try different options on compatabiliyu tab
b. Try Check off "Run Programm as Administrator.
