Would much appreciate advice as I've got nowhere. Problem emerged suddenly today without me making any system changes that are not automatic updates. I use Win 7 and FTM 2012. I removed anything with Ask, Yahoo etc from my programme list (tho there is a yahoo dropdown option on Firefox). Uninstalled Firefox and with only Explorer installed tried again. Still the problem. Upgraded to Explorer 10 (from 9) still the problem. I get a script error: 'ftm load is undefined'. Depending on where I am in a public family tree the line error number varies but the character is always "5". I have no problem accessing the public trees using Explorer outside of FTM 2012. Am I alone in still having a problem?
