Windows 8 user here, checking in.
I just got off the phone with support, my third time calling about this issue. I am very frustrated!
1. Because this is now a "known issue," the operators are not submitting new error logs, so basically they aren't keeping track of the number of people calling in. So, we can forget any chance of pushing the developers along faster.
2. Customer service has not received any progress updates from the developers since the 19th. So, the developers obviously still have no clue what is causing the problem or any ETA.
3. The operator actually asked me if I have another PC not running IE 10 I could use. Sure, I can just take my husband's laptop so he won't be able to work. Then the operator went on to say yes, I can download my online tree to the other computer and work on it there, but once I went back to my windows 8 machine, I'd have to unlink my online tree and link it again. Seriously???
4. I really did get the feeling that it's MY fault I have the LATEST microsoft software and can't switch back to IE 9!!
I could scream!
