First you need to create the charts and reports that you will use in the book.
Go to the Publish section of the program. You'll see "Publication Types" where you can create charts and various reports that will be used in the book. There are many options for each report chart that you can customize. Make sure you save the reports and charts before exiting this section.
After creating the items for the book, go the the Book Section. The program creates a "Title" page for you. You can then add Tables of Contents, Indices, adhoc reports and the previously created reports and charts to your book. A good thing about making books and the reports is that they will automatically update when new data is added.
