I'm always a little unpleasantly surprised when someone who is unhappy with the product - FTM or ancestry.com or any of the other group of companies - feels that their displeasure gives him/her permission to be rude to those who attempt to assist.

Usually participation on the FTM board is more collaborative and less combative. Some of the other boards get downright childishly ugly. Sad to see that mood has drifted.
