FTM2012 Crashing When Trying To Create Report

Hi
Up until recently, FTM2012 has been fine. In recent days, every time I try to create a report, it shuts down. Charts are fine - it's only reports.
I have tried the phone helpline- I have completely wiped all trace of FTM fron my computer and reinstalled. I have reinstalled all the other bits on their helpsheet. I have run it in safe mode. i have run as administrator. I have turned off anti-virus. I have an up to date version of 64 bit windows. I have an up to date FTM2012. Unfortunately I have a tidy laptop, and System restore only goes back a week
