I did have to re-download the online version of my tree. (Followed directions from the help page.) So far it has stayed linked. (It had been linked and then all of a sudden it was not linked. I am now wondering if it was because I have a laptop and I tried to link at my own business office wireless network? It would have a different IP number.)

As far as the comments about iMac and MacBook these are frustrating. It does say in the description that it will sync to other devices and does not say that you are unable to sync to multiple computers, however most software requires additional licenses for multiple computers, so it does make sense that this might not work. This prevents people from sharing and reselling.

Good luck everyone...I am still glad I got the program. I was able to delete many duplicates (which happened with some of the glitches from the old online version). Saved me hours of work.
