That's not what some previous posts or your tenure on Ancestry, Member since 17 Nov 2011, indicate. What's the point of exaggerating your experience? The math says 6 months tops.

Mac for nubes: If a program is crashing on your Mac, you don't persist using it until you resolve the issue. There can be conflicts with 3rd party software and Mac OS, but they're easily resolved. If you haven't learned how to do a permissions repair, if you don't know what a permission repair is, the Apple site will walk you though the process, search disk utility.
