Still bouncing backwards and forwards with support, being told to reinstall etc which has been done multiple times. Tried via 2 different ISPs and on 2 different macs.

Tree changes from ancestry to ftm2 work

Tree changes from ftm2 to ancestry do not work


Have now done another screen recording of the whole process of installing mac os x, checking it is updated, checking the correct time zone is set, installing FTM2, updating FTM2, linking tree and the syncing to ancestry not happening.

Have attached a screen shot of the sync dialog that appears and fails to do anything after it.
