Yes, I had the problem back in Feb and talked to 4 different tech people on the phone plus ancestry tree staffers at the RootsTech conf -- they all seemed to indicate that IT WAS MY FAULT ... as in, restarted the sync over & over (which I did not). It took me forever to try to eliminate the dupes and merge the individuals. I was so fed up I just stopped using the FTM. I've been trying to get up the courage to try it again as I've added lots more info to my online tree.
Does anyone know if this is just a MAC problem? For a techie company they don't support MAC well. AT the RootsTech conference they did not have a single MAC computer, no iphone, no ipad on the demo floor.... really ?!
