Missing Key Feature of Website

It turns out that Family Tree Maker 2 for Mac does not let you navigate through your tree in "Family" view mode. You only get one mode: Pedigree. I have found online that I use the family mode 95% of the time and rarely use pedigree mode unless I just want to view a particular lineage. I prefer to view and work in the family view mode where all siblings, cousins, aunts/uncles, etc are in plane view.

So if you like that view, be forewarned, you do NOT get it in the software. You can create a static chart to see your family in that type of view, but for navigating, clicking on and interacting with entries, you are completely stuck with the Pedigree model.

I really wish I had known otherwise I never would have purchased the software as being forced to constantly work in pedigree mode is frustrating and I know I will simply use the website 100% of the time due to that frustration.
