My Ancestry username: k_nemaric... I do not have access to any log/on/out options at this time because they don't show if I am offline. I never log on and off when I'm done. I just quit the program. (And yes, I have already tried File>Go Online)
I've had an Ancestry subscription for the last 10 years. I realize there is a difference between registration and activation. In my case I was unable to register FTM and had to use a back-door method to bypass the process. I mentioned it because I thought perhaps that somehow had a bearing on the current problem.
