What is your status* in FTMM's Web Dashboard?

*your ancestry username*..... *Options* *Log/on/out*

Registering your software and Activating your Ancestry Subscription are two different things. Activating you Ancestry subscription automatically registers the software. You don't need to log on and off in the FTMM program. Just quit the program when you done working with it, next time you start the program, it automatically goes on-line.

Do you have an internet connection? Test you connection by browser surfing around. Sometimes there are temporary downtimes with an internet connection, you may have hit one at the time you fired up FTMM.
