I am unclear as to exactly what you mean by "edit descendants tree"
Most trees/charts (and reports) are simply a reprensentation of the person's underlying information as entered into the program.
That being the case it seems that any editing would be to the person's info rather than editing a tree/chart/report.
Or do you mean re-arranging the actual boxes on a chart?
If you could explain in a bit more detail just what you are trying to do and why then we might be able to provide better answers.
