Will any software do all of these five things?

Does anyone know of a genealogy software program that does all of the following:

1. Offer source templates based on Elizabeth Shown Mills' Evidence Explained (not her older, smaller book, Evidence!)

2. Allow an unlimited number of sources to be attached to any single bit of information. For example, allow separate sources for the day, month, and year of an event date rather than requiring all sources to be attached to the date as a whole or, worse, to the event as a whole.

3. Allow scanned images (pictures, documents, etc.) to be attached to sources as well as to people or events.

4. Let the user create a CD to share family history, including reports, sources, images.

5. Within the English language version of the program, permit the insertion of Eastern European and Scandinavian characters not found in the standard Western European alphabet to be entered into any field in the program (not just in the notes field) and printed in all reports. (I want to work in English but be able to spell names, places, and sources in the language in which I find them. The characters I'm referring to look like English letters with the addition of diacritical marks, not like the Cyrillic characters used to write Russian, and include several that are not used in French, German, or other Western European languages.) I've read that what's possible depends on the programming language.

From what I've read, Legacy 7 accomplishes #1, but not #2 or #5; PAF accomplishes #5 but not #1, etc. Will any program do all five items?

Thanks for any suggestions.

L.J.
