There's a new and free app for Android named Cousinator, to be used on your smartphone or tablet.

Cousinator helps people to easily define the exact relationships between them and their relatives. (How many times have *you* been trying to help others with that puzzling issue? I know I've been doing that a lot...)

Current version defines relationships based on a common ancestor, future version will also include in-law relationships.
