I'd like to merge my GEDCOM with another. Two questions: 1) Is there any free software that will merge GEDCOMs? and 2) My ancestry.com site has pictures, but its GEDCOM does not. Is there any way to preserve pictures when merging GEDCOMs, so I can just replace my old tree with the merged GEDCOM, with pictures intact? (I am not an ancestry.com subscriber.)
