Legacy - Ancestry.com integration

Can someone post some tips and hints of using Legacy and Ancestry.com together? I find that I am doing double data entry on both and its hard to keep in sync.
* scenario 1 -- i do a lot of updates in Legacy, but cannot merge them into my Ancestry.com area.
* scenario 2 -- i find good census records and "attach" them to existing people in Ancestry, how do I get them into Legacy.
Any help from you power users would be appreciated!
