God Father and God Mother should be on the Master Event Definition list. If they are not there in your file it could be you have previously removed unused definitions from the list (by accident or design!).
The full Sentence if all fields are filled is
[HisHer] God Mother was [Desc] [onDate] [inPlace].[Sources] [Notes]
I think you can work out from that what the other Sentences should be and you can easily reinstate the missing definitions.
