When I select Times New Roman font for a report that begins with a JournalIntro tag, Conversion Error #6 is generated and the report will not print. On 20 March 2012, I sent the error.isc file to support at Wholly Genes at their request but they have not responded with a suggested fix. By the way, when TMG v7 is used, Times New Roman font for a report that begins with a JournalIntro tag had never created a problem.
