My project in TMG 8.02 has 20000+ names. I just rec'd two gedcoms, one with 20000+ names the other with 99000+ names.

Each file has duplicate information and each has unique information. What would you recommend I do with these? Should I have one project with three data sets, or three projects, and how would I get rid of duplication.
I would prefer to bring the gedcom files into TMG.
