I am trying to find information for my stepmother about her youngest brother. She knows that he was born in Mobile, AL in the spring of 1960. She remembers that AL law required that they purchase a cemetery plot. Her parents never talked about him, including his name or where he was buried. Her parents passed away many years ago, but she and her younger sisters have begun to wonder about him.

Is there any way to get records about him? I've tried www.findagrave.com, but I still have too little information about him.
