My first submission and my accuracy.

I submitted my first World Archives Project: Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Marriage Records, 1810-1973 batch last night and came back with accuracy needs improvement.

I have read thru the breakdown of the project and found one big error I used punctuation on my birth places and also on abbreviated names.

I am still unsure about the abbreviated names it says copy the name as it appears on the form but the other directions clearly states not to use periods on this project. So do I copy them as seen with out punctuation?

Secondly I filled in all the prefix and suffix boxes with blank (ctrl-b). Is this not the correct thing to do? Should I be leaving the entire box empty?

I made an effort to spell the names correctly even though some of them were difficult to read. Some were not in the dictionary but I added them as best as I could make out because that's what the tool tips told me to do.

Would these errors alone affect my accuracy to the point of needs improvement? I want to make sure and try correcting the problems now rather then continue to make the same mistakes. I guess anything you could remark to this would help. I dont know if there is anyway to see what I did wrong on my previous submission.
