I need help clarifying if we key both pages. On one of the images there are 2 census pages that have been scanned together, one is overlapping the other. You can see all the names on the top census page but not all the names on the one underneath. Do we key the names underneath that can be seen? Sorry I'm using my other halfs computer so not able to screenshot.
