Can you please clarify how this person should be keyed & add it to the keying standards for prefix/suffix instructions.

"Right Honble John Peyto, Lord Willoughby de Broke"

This is what I've done but no idea if correct.
Prefix: Right Honble
Given: John
Surname: Peyto
Suffix:Lord Willoughby De Broke
