I have what look like minutes of a meeting.
1) Do I key the names of the 30 or so persons present (attachment 1), or are they considered as clerks of the court and not keyed?
2) If they are mentioned further down the same page (attachment 2), do I key them again?
3) On subsequent images of the set (attachment 3), there are names of "outsiders" eg applying for licence, and some of the "clerks" appear again - do I key them all, or try to work out who are clerks of the court and ignore those?
