I remember Paul posting a query about parish or location names that appeared as headers and Anna confirmed that we were not to key these, but I can't find the actual thread to see whether WAP actually said that locations would be added in processing or if I just assumed it.

I think quite often the parish name was written on the back of the roll anyway, in which case there would be no way for keyers to key it but it should have been possible to add at the processing stage.
