French Electoral Cards

Not a brand new project, i know, but a few questions, if I may. I recently returned here after time offline due to hospitalization, and realized while the handwriting is not the easiest to read, the numbers also can be a challenge. Is there a key of old numbers penmanship, like there is for letters? And, also, a key for French prefixes ans suffixes? For example, Doctor, Senior, junior, Jean Smith the second, etc. If it was written out in French I could understand it, but each writer seems to have their own abbreviations. Thanks for any help. I am determined to get out of the " B "s this week.
